1、耐火粘合剂的制备方法

①耐火液制备方法:在反应槽内顺序加入颗粒状氢氧化钾8kg、粉末状碳酸钠(苏打灰)(旭硝子株式会社制)7kg和金属硅化物30kg,再加入60l的水。在其中开始自然反应,从下层的产品开始剧烈反应,在反应槽内从下侧向上侧发生对流。反应温度自然上升,反应温度在80~90℃的范围内时,呈活跃的反应状态。反应温度高不超过92℃。反应在10h左右结束,分离固体,可以获得约48l(约70kg)耐火液。残留的固体是金属硅化物块,如果用水洗净,残留约22kg左右的金属硅化物块。在这种残存的金属硅化物块中,再补充加入约8kg左右的金属硅化物块,总和为30kg的金属硅化物,供给到二次反应中。与一次反应相同,在反应槽内加入颗粒状8kg,粉末状碳酸钠(苏打灰)(旭硝子株式会社制)7kg,接着,依次加入一次反应残留的金属硅化物块22kg和新的金属硅化物块8kg,接着加入60l水,开始二次制备耐火液的反应。在制备中,按照先加颗粒状氢氧化钾,再加入粉末状碳酸钠(苏打灰),再加入金属硅化物块,然后加水的加料顺序,由下层产品开始反应,可形成上下对流式活跃反应,由此制备的耐火液性能较好。

In the process of preparation, granular potassium hydroxide is added first, then powdered sodium carbonate (soda ash), then metal silicide block is added, and then water is added. The reaction starts from the lower product to form the upper and lower convective active reaction. The performance of the prepared refractory is better.
②氢氧化钾的耐火胶黏剂的制备:将耐火液、裁断的旧报纸(其它旧纸也可用)、稻壳、棉分别加入反应槽中,进行充分搅拌均匀即制得耐火材料。

2、这种耐火粘合剂性能若用耐火液涂覆木板,将涂覆的木板靠近1000~c火焰处30min不会发生燃烧。若将耐火胶黏剂混合物加压脱水至百分之四十五水分含量,在180℃下加压1h制得轻质耐火材料。将这种耐火材料靠近1500℃火焰观察30min,10min后耐火材料表面发生陶瓷化,经30min燃烧后,切开耐火材料,陶瓷化深度仅o.8mm,火未通人耐火材料内部。此外,耐火材料隔音抗冲击性能亦佳。其可切、锯、钉钉子、钉螺钉等加工性能与木材类同。
