1、在测试的时候溶液制备的温度是一定要控制好的,在检测的时候首先需要确定好样品的采样单元数。采样器一般是需要从袋口的一角斜至袋深位3/4的位置进行采样,然后将选取出来的的样品均匀的混合在一起,并且使用四分法缩分的方式确定检验的样品数量。因为氢氧化钾本身的是有一定吸水性的所以在准备样品的时候,在空气当中放置的时间不要太长了,然后添加进取适当剂量的水并且不断的进行搅拌,然后再搅拌的同时需要给溶解做加热的工作,差不多在微沸5分钟之后就可以取下冷却到20℃,然后再将其放入到容量瓶当中等到定容过滤之后再吸取一部分到容量瓶中。这个操作非常关键的一个部分就是在一定要等着冷却到20℃时在进行定容,但是有的就直接按照平时的水温进行定容,那么就会导致因为水温高于20℃时测试出来的结果也是不准确的;而水温低于20℃的时候会发现测试的结果是会偏低的。那么这样的定容测试是会造成一些误差出现的

2、还有在测试的过程当中可能会使用到配制好的四苯硼钠,因为它本身是属于一种很不稳定状态的所以容易出现浑浊的情况。所以如果在使用的时候发现有混浊的情况首先需要使用滤纸将其过滤之后再进行使用,如果在检测的时候发现检测结果偏高那么需要使用蒸馏水在进行检测。
