测试氢氧化钾含量的方法介绍!

氢氧化钾大家都知道,作为一种化工产品,很多实验中都能够用的着,其实成品当中并不全是它,也会掺杂一下其它的杂质。一般我们会根据不同的需要来选择不同含量的产品,那么这个时候就需要我们来测试这其中的含量了。所以,接下来我们就来了解一下其测试的方法。

  1、在测定氢氧化钾之前需要先配制好0.1mol/L的盐酸标准滴定溶液。

  基准物:需要使用无水碳酸钠;

  指示剂:需要使用甲基红-溴甲酚绿;

  终点颜色:等到甲基红-溴甲酚绿从绿色变为暗红色即可;

  计算公式:c(HCl)=2m(碳酸钠)/M(碳酸钠)*V(HCl)。

  使用专业的称量工具称出0.15g等待检测的氢氧化钾样品放置在锥形瓶里面,首先需要加水将其溶解,然后滴入1~2滴甲基橙指示剂,在使用盐酸标准溶液滴定至溶液从黄色变为橙色就可停止了。
  Use a professional weighing tool to weigh 0.15g of potassium hydroxide sample to be tested and place it in a conical flask. First, add water to dissolve it, then drop 1-2 drops of methyl orange indicator, and then titrate it with hydrochloric acid standard solution until the solution changes from yellow to orange.

  计算公式:w%=[c(HCl)*V(HCl)*M(样品)/m(样品)]*100%;
  Calculation formula: W% = [C (HCl) × V (HCl) × m (sample) / M (sample)] * 100%;
  c:代表盐酸标液的浓度含量;
  c: Represents the concentration content of hydrochloric acid standard solution;
  V:表示所用盐酸标液的体积大小;
  5: Indicates the volume of hydrochloric acid standard solution used;
  M:代表需要测试产品的摩尔质量;
  M: Represents the molar mass of the product to be tested;
  m:表示称取的样品的质量,在本次实验当中的数值为0.15。
  m: Represents the mass of the weighed sample, the value in this experiment is 0.15.
